The event you choose here becomes the "primary" event. This means BlueDot will save the rider position and checkin histories, rider filter settings, and map preferences that are associated with this event. You can view the most recently updated rider positions even without a data connection for the primary event. You can change the primary event from 'setup' on the BlueDot home screen.

Any active event from Trackleaders.com can be viewed with a data connection, but downloaded data is not stored for the non-primary event.
